Lalafo is venture capital funded and has been operating since 2015 in Central Asia, Ukraine, Serbia, and now Poland. Lalafo is a winner of the Noah Startup Competition in Berlin. Lalafo plate can be found on the wall of fame of Ukrainian startups by Lift99 Kyiv Hub.

Our product is a marketplace used by a whopping 3.5 million people every month. You can access it on mobile and the web, but most of our users are on Android. 

Our team thrives on a culture of experimentation and big data-driven decision-making. We have a microservice architecture that allows us to release several times a day, thereby rapidly developing the product. The project is highloaded, uses a wide range of tools and an interesting set of tasks. 

We are currently looking for a colleague for the position of Project Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the teams and interaction with stakeholders.

The scope of tasks we offer:

• to coordinate the work of teams, plan the workload, set tasks and monitor their implementation;
• collect, process and work with stakeholder requirements;
• monitor compliance with processes;
• plan and effectively conduct retrospectives for teams;
• maintain stable and productive relations between teams and stakeholders;
• ensure transparent communication both within teams and with stakeholders;
• conduct successful negotiations with stakeholders regarding decisions or priorities.

It is important for us:

• experience in project management from 3 years;
• a good product background and technical education will be a significant advantage;
• be able to identify a bottleneck and develop a strategy to overcome it;
• set clear tasks and agree on acceptable deadlines;
• experience of managing several teams/projects at the same time;
• good communication skills and empathy;
• proactivity;
• English level - intermediate+.
