Our product is a marketplace used by a whopping 3.5 million people every month. You can access it on mobile and the web, but most of our users are on Android. 

 

Currently, we are looking for a colleague for the position of Product designer to work with monetization products.

• Build a research strategy and discovery process. JTBD will be your main tool.
• Connect business, developers, QA, Customer Success, designers and users from 5 countries to grow metrics.
• Creativity to find the best solution.
• Create prototypes and thoroughly test and validate them.

About you:

• You have 3+ years of work as a Product Designer (or relevant UX Designer / UX Researcher experience) in a product company.
• Your portfolio illustrates examples of business impact and metrics for a mobile application.
• You understand how products grow and want to influence it. You have an analytical mindset.
• You know how to present complex things in simple words and package them for the transfer of knowledge. 
• Excellent command of Figma, Miro, Maze, Excel at a high level.
• You have deep knowledge of Material Design Guidelines, Human Interface Guidelines, features of iOS, Android, React.

It will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.
• Experience working with analytics. Knowledge of basic metrics.
• Experience of conducting team workshops.
